  Willard "Andy" Anderson

  Partner

  Willard “Andy” Anderson is an NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker who has been a partner with the Anderson Group for more than twenty years. Not only does Andy have extensive experience managing the finances and operations of a business, but he also has experience working directly with high profile tenants such as CSX, Lockheed Martin, M&T Bank, Xerox, Turner Construction and more to provide for their space needs.

  Greg Anderson

  Partner

  Greg is an NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker who has been a partner with The Anderson Group since 2003. Using his extensive expertise with municipal permitting, he helps the initial processes run smoothly by supervising building construction and renovation operations, such as replacement and upgrading of mechanical systems in all of the tenant buildings. Besides mechanical knowledge, Greg also shows proficiency in zoning, comprehensive planning, environmental compliance, fair housing, neighborhood relations, and smart growth and traffic mitigation, making him a well-rounded and informed member of the Anderson team.

  Susan Anderson Touhey

  Partner, RPA

  Susan Anderson Touhey is a long-standing partner with The Anderson Group, a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, and she holds the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI). Susan is well versed in every aspect of property management, building operations, and tenant relations. As the primary contact for all of the two-hundred plus tenants that The Anderson Group caters to, she enjoys interacting with tenants and creating personal, long-lasting relationships with them.

  Randy Lloyd

  Construction Services

  Randy has been part of The Anderson Group for more than 28 years. After receiving a BS in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State’s Knowlton School of Architecture, he began his career in Landscape Architecture, working for several Capital District Landscape Architecture and Engineering firms.

  Dave Eck

  Maintenance Services

  Born and raised in the Albany area, Dave is a devoted member on The Anderson Group team. He joined Anderson as the Maintenance Manager in 2011 after a long history working in emergency services. He served more than 20 years with the Slingerlands Fire Department, as well as on the search and rescue team on 9/11.

  Ty Woodard

  Housekeeping Services

  Ty has been the housekeeping manager for The Anderson Group since 2007. After studying business at JCA as a student-athlete, Ty has been trained in many areas of safety and janitorial best practices, OSHA safety, Green Certification, information security training, blood born pathogen training, safety awareness certification, and more. He has always had a niche for keeping everything clean and sterile from a young age, and now with more than 25 years of experience, Ty has practical janitorial knowledge in a variety of fields, including medical and manufacturing environments, and Class A office spaces.

  Colleen Waldron

  Office Manager

  Colleen joined The Anderson Group family in 1994 as Office Manager. Since then she’s expanded her roles by taking on the duties of bookkeeper, payroll administrator, Human Resources, and keeping those Anderson’s in line! Outside of the office, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, relaxing on vacations, reading, and being involved with her youngest daughter’s soccer team.

  Kathleen Colose

  Administrative Assistant

  Kathy joined The Anderson Group in 2004 working as the administrative assistant. Her extensive experience working closely with estimators, contractors, and business owners allows her to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Kathy loves the diversity of her job and meeting new people; she takes pride in the style and professionalism of her work. She is dedicated to the needs of the tenants and is always willing to go above and beyond to address their concerns. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys a life-long hobby as a seamstress, taking long hikes in the great outdoors, and cooking. She also loves animals and connecting with nature at home.

  Inna Britvan

  Administrative Assistant

  Inna has been a part of The Anderson Group family since 2001. As administrative assistant, she is a helpful team member who is committed to providing solutions for tenant’s questions and effectively running the office. She loves working with The Anderson Group because she is able to interact with warm and friendly people every day. When she’s not managing the office, Inna enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, and traveling with her husband.
